I am appalled at this. Where is the justice for the family. He gets to live for only who knows how long and it is not fair that the victims did not get to live. I still say bring back the electric chair or an eye for an eye many people would not agree with me but these people that go out and kill innocent people do not deserve any consideration. They are sentenced to death for a reason i say Ohio should be more like Texas and have an express lane. For once let justice be carried out and the families finally have closure. What courts do not understand or seem to not take into consideration is the victims' families having to relive the pain over again. Let's get it done. i think that this officer went too far. these are just young boys not thugs and the outcome of the discipline of the officer is outrageous. he should be on the unemployment line and never ever be allowed to have a badge and carry a gun. i hope the judge gives this father more than he is asking. i do hope that the boys are ok.
this is one woman who should not have animals because she does not know or her boyfriend how to properly take care of them. it is not the dogs faults it is the responsibility of every pet owner to make sure that their animals are where they should be at all times. it is called common sense. last point i want to make is that not all pit bulls are viscous it is in all how you train them and work with them. pit bulls get a bad rap because of mainstream society. i love pit bulls and believe in their goodness.
2 words cell searches hourly. inmates these days have more luxuries than the productive members of society, the ones who actually are making something out of their lives. let's go back to the good old days of inmates not being given anything other than what they are supposed to in their cells. my solution is if they are caught they go straight to admn seg 120 days minnimum no access to anything only being given 1 hr out. maybe that will be a lesson. then find out who is bringing in the cell phones and charge them as well what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
all rapists should be treated like murderers they should get the death penalty, however when he gets to prison i hope he gets what is coming to him from a big guy named bubba. one thing is rapists and pedophiles are not welcomed in the prison system.
no way should he be granted clemency. he took a life and so should his life be taken. you do the crime you pay the consequences no matter if it is life in prison or being put to death. take it like a man and quit your whinning.
i am truly disgusted with this as a former police officer this takes away our rights. if it was not for all of the safety services, teachers, nurses, etc none of you would be where you are. we need the republicans out of office right away. they will only drag us down and into a depression
