So now Kasich believes he is above the court system which saw fit to sentence this man to death. Did he use our tax dollars for a study or did he merely rely on the parole board?

A break is not naturally occuring when it is caused by poorly maintained water lines. The county commissioners should be the ones suing Mr. Melfi. The city of Girard has clearly breached its contract with the Trumbull County Commissioners to provide water to Liberty Township and maintain the water lines.
I would love to move out of Liberty Township, but no one will buy my house. The shcools are terrible. The retail areas are run down. The taxes are excessive. Township government has taken away out right to contract with a trash company of our choice. Now, the trash company that has been forced upon us lowly township residents who have no rights is being permitted to breach a three year contract with the township. Who cares if the increase is not their fault, they contracted with the township and should have to deal with the cost themselves. Wise up township leaders!!!!!
