The Senate and House Officials need to realize that an animal is a living breathing creature and for many is a family member!! The present and future voters know this and if the current elected officials including judges don't see this soon they will get the point soon after they are booted out of office by the millions of animal loving voters and that number is growing every day!!!! Do the right thing and make animal cruelty and torture a Felony,Hell for that matter it is the humane and Moral thing to do!!!
