Poland man gets prison for aggravated vehicular homicide

Trash...and, in the true colors of Mahining Valley justice this a--hole killed someone in 1997 and was allowed to get a license again...where is the accountability in this outhouse? This trash should not have ever had a license again, regardless of whether he was a minor in '97 or not. Typical bs...was Gains prosecutor back then?...

Campbell man free on bond after guilty plea in killing

Doherty and Ingram, a pair for probation if I ever saw it. Go ahead, accept all these please and get the MURDERERS back on the street soone than later. Why is it EVERY felony case is a plea deal with Gains and his posse of "qualified prosecutors"? Remember his claim when he was glossing the team when he took all that money to give them raises? What a joke. They couldn't get full prosecution and sentencing in this joke of a county if someone got shot right in front of one of these judges and prosecutors in a closed-off court room with only the shooter and victim present besides them...

New judge appointed in Valley vehicular-homicide case

Typical of the valley to have so many comical mis-steps in something so easy. Here, I'll be the judge: before us is the case of a self-absorbed irresponsible young adult that struck a pedestrian and killed him WHILE SHE ADMITTED TEXTING IN THE PROCESS: GUILTY, you white trash. Simple enough? Of course the judges are somehow intertwined with the killers and felons in Mahoning County, everyone that is generational here is somehow related or associated with every other piece of trash that lives here. This is absurd and an insult to the family of the man that was killed. His life isn't worth anything as long as the circus called the judicial system of Mahoning County is involved. Ask the family of the kid that the ghetto trash ran over, or the motorcyclist the ghetto trash ran over a dragged hunderds of feet before stopping because, she too, was involved with her phone while driving. You want justice? Exact it ourselves because the joke of a prosecutors office will lose or plea this tragedy away. Stay tuned...

Mahoning Valley helps deep-six Issue 2

The lazy, mostly uneducated, pay me a bunch of money union workers got themselves all together and crushed this bill 'cause they provide services aint none of the rest of us can do, huh?...Ohio is carpeted with unions and union workers, about 350,000 of them, right? Good, now when your greedy get paid for hitting a quota selves no longer have a job because your union financially rapes your township on contracts or your employer can no longer pay the outrageous criminal wages you "earned" then we would all like to hear your rhetoric of "the people have spoken" then. Your circle jerk groups have ruined this country and you are not the "middle class" as you like to pronounce. Pulling a trigger on a robotic arm isn't any hard working American's idea of a "middle class" job. You're just getting, in your estimation, middle class wages for being a brain-dead trigger puller. Good luck when you are jobless within the next two years. Good to see you "got paid" when the sh-- hits the fan. As they say, be careful what you wish for...

Woman sentenced to probation after giving false reports

Yea, trash like this will definitely sperate from that kind of lifestyle, Durkin. And her murderer fiance gets acquitted with the beneft of these lies she told. Good job, prosecutors office. Give everyone involved in murders a slap on the wrist, some cookies and send em back out to plan their next heinous crime. Incompetance is rewarded in the prosecutors office...

Defendant no longer faces death penalty

Of course the prosecutors office bailed, of course Sweeney agreed. They are all incompetant and corrupt. Who cares about prosectuting to the fullest, make a deal and move on. Gain's and his office are just looking to nut this down so they get a conviction, unless they plea this debacle out as they usually do.

Campbell woman gets 30-day term in death of motorcyclist

Ghetto trash..."Moore, who drove without a license, ran her vehicle over Mulligan and dragged him more than 100 feet while talking on her cellphone, said Robert J. Andrews, an assistant county prosecutor, who called for an 18-month prison term"...first, @Dgh2010, maybe Mulligan was as you state, but the real fact is that this tax drain did not have a license nor insurance, probably a govt funded cell phone AND SHE RAN OVER HIM AND DRAGGED HIM OVER 100'!!! No one gives a damn about what Mulligan was or wasn't in regards to being impaired or not. SHE RAN OVER HIM AND DRAGGED HIM!!! Typical ghetto ingrate that thinks she is more important than an accident. Probably figures she should have a treasure chest of reparation cash from back in the day, too. There is no excuse for what she did, regardless of whether Mulligan was impaired or not. Because of the stupidity and lack of intelligence this trash exhibited no one will ever know if Mulligan would have survived the intial accident or not. And as far as jury intelligence? Look around, there are idiots sitting in jury boxes every day. Second, the prosecutors office is full of incompetent spineless workers, afraid to do their damn jobs and actually uphold ANY laws. They are a joke. That is why this outhouse is what it is, along with anyone who would try to excuse the actions of this piece of trash.

Zorger pleads guilty in crash that killed fetus, another woman

The prosecutor's office bungled evidence in this case, they are at fault for the 8 year, which will be 6 max. Gain's and his band of incompetant bufoons should be dismissed and replaced with first-year law students that give a damn about actually upholding and practicing law. These fools are totally unprepared and a travesty to the judicial system. remember all these plea deals and evidenciary errors when King Pompous A-- Gains comes back for re-election.

Former nursery finally being demolished

While you're out there lowering the boom on this dump there are numerous other township issues that are right in the neighborhoods, such as homeowners yards growing over the sidewalks, broken and uneven sidewalks, tree branches hanging across sidewalks at chest level. I guess all the focus has been on this one eyesore. Maybe now there can be some attention to the actual neighborhhoods that are turning into ghetto quality because no one cares to walk the streets and actually see what is going on. Typical of Boardman, it matters only how it looks to people, not what it really is.
