It always amazes me to read how certain people like to try and tell a parent how they should have handled a situation or how they should be when they were never in that situation or had a child emotionally affected. Until you are in those shoes you have no idea what your talking about. Besides the history proves out everything that has been said isTrue so move on. TheSituation hit it on the head you want to see this coach fail, and blame the parents, the usual approach to justify all your wrong doing!
They cant accept their wrong doing and never will.
These parents have all moved on but the bitterness of the treatment to their children will always remain.

July 10, 2008 Complaint from a Softball parent, in the notes the AD states: "I routinely receive complaints concerning CHS coaches and that all issues and allegations are investigated with appropriate notification to the Principal and Superintendent." "If the allegations are found to be incorrect, false, exaggerated or without merit, they are not necessarily recorded and certainly not presented to the School Board" "This has been the case WRT Coach Haurin"
Looks to me like the AD has always made his mind up that the issues are always with the parents, so he has the right to say your complaint is incorrect, false, exaggerated or without merit and they do not deserve to be recorded or your concerns presented to the School Board? Thats pretty sad!
The records also show that the concerned parent group, wrote this letter which consists of 15 people, both Softball and Volleyball parents from 2006: the letter to Attorny John Britton, December 29, 2006: states: "While we appreciate the current actions taken are meant to make the school look better, it isnt our intention to make the school look better, it is our intention to obtain information." "An equally important issue is Coach Haurin's bullying tactics used on kids under her care." "It is not only the fact that she insists upon control, it is also the means in which she gains that control." "These means are used not only when she is dealing with adults, but also in her handling of students under her care and tutelage." "Circumstances of intimidation, degradation and humiliation by Coach Haurin had been communicated initially to Greg Cooper and Mike Moldovan and then subsequently to Rich Archer and Dante Zambrini" "It has recently come to our attention this attitude has carried over to her grade school students" "While we can appreciate your unwillingness to become involved in this situation, we are sure, with very little investigation, you can be made aware of the instances to which we're alluding" "At best her actions reflect poorly on the Canfield School System." At worst, her actions are in direct contravention of school policy prohibiting bullying" "To make matters worse, The School, through previous meetings, was placed on notice that she was bullying her students as early as August 28, 2006." "And yet, Canfield School System ostensibly did nothing to curb those actions." Hey recieved a few more emails The AD evalutations 2010- Concern of guidance of coaches. Encourage coaches to join professional organizations. Need to assist in making Good decisions in Parent relations and professional development as coach. 2009- Assist in parent meetings to clarify concerns and guidelines. Develop format and procedure for Parent/coach meetings. A form or printed list of procedures that are promulgated to staff and parents will support collaborative efforts. From the Super.. Need to ask why only two years of evaluations in his personnel file that consists of 11 pages total, all mostly his resume and his 2006 salary of $71,285. no other years of salary at all in this file? The resume says 25 years of proven proformance in organizational and operational leadership, not so sure that plays out to be true.
when we pay the salary of these coaches to abuse little girls feelings, not like them or give them a hard time we absolutely have a say in if they stay or if they go. Regardless the history is there and its in writing cant take history away or documentation, even though they tried.
