I lived in y-town 30 plus yrs and left. Why. Dumb people. ( well people who will bitch or complain but don't do anything else ) Crime. I can just go on n on here. Youngstown used to be a great place. But now there's a bar every 100 feet. ( I don't have anything against drinking ) but there's more to life then drinking. The 80's were great. Then 90's hit and it went down and down. Hell we lost how many judges and sherifs due to well bad things. I'm even a bit to blame. I could of done alot more for The area Then what I did do. But I left. Not cuz I gave up. But cuz I could always find people that would have issues but were scared to open there mouth to the correct people or even help. What's even more sad. There's several past friends who work there for the city etc. And I'm ashamed to even have known them. The system is still used and abused beyond what most can even imagine. Example. A certain person ( no names ) His job is 8 hr days. 1 hr lunch. So that's 7 hrs worked. He/she gets 4 weeks per yr paid vac- 14 sick days and 12 personal per yr. Full health/pension/etc. And makes $164000.00 a yr. Oh if ge/she don't use vac this yr it carries over along with other days less sick. And I will say the 7 hrs worked is not hard. He/she can be in there office. Or doing other stuff but no hard labor or even close. And We the people pay him/her with tax $$. Ps- the job doesn't even have anything to do with police/fire/healthcare/. Now I know sum would say I'm being a ass cyz he got a good job & $$$. But I'm not. 1- I make more then that 2- I earn it and I'm proud. Things like this person listed above piss me off cuz he/she was handed a job to fill a spending cap limit. They needed to spend x amount per yr or lose it. This isn't only in y-town though. It's everywhere. I just wish y-town didn't go to hell The drugs and etc. Sad. It is
Im always shocked or should I say a lack there of. Struthers has been and thinks it has its own laws even laws that are not anywhere else in Ohio. And as for the law there well lets say anyone who keeps up on stuff should know how they are not so perfect and they seem to belive that they can do what they want dam anyone else or the REAL LAWS. As for this story and a few others I have seen. A cop in his OWN car with his CHILD inside. either tryed to get Koscelansky's attention or what ever and koscelansky hit his brakes to let the person know to get off his Butt. Several times may I add. The only thing that seemed to happen here was a OFF DUTY cop Tailed him and got him scared along with his friends and BING Struthers makes more money. To say the least. Few ?s I have. Why did the cop tail him What was the cop thinking? Someone should give him a ticket for putting his kid in harms way. There are to many ?s to list that I have. I will say this if at nite some car come up on me flassing his headlites and I didnt know him and he tailed me closely. Well I would have hit my brakes and let him hit me. All this is and sounds like is A cop tailed someone to close and he was warned with brakelites several times to back off. As for going in reverse I Might have done it also to scare the Dumb A** off my bumper. I Mean SERIOUS Koscelansky tried to ((Hit a cop, Ram his Car. DO great boadly harm to him. He did all this??? Oh and then he went into a parking lot to wait for the police???????? AHHHH DONT THINK SO. I mean really? Think about it. This aint nothing but a power trippin city anyway. Sounds like he got follewed to close and was trying to get him to back off and in the parkin lot he went around the car n took off. Sounds like to me this kid is going to get a raw deal over a power trippin cop that likes to put his kid in harms way. Or shal I just say racism. 2 places in mahoning county (small towns) Its always been funny to me that Struthers has been always known as crooked. And Poland. Poland if you do 26 in a 25mph zone your gonna need KY cuz your getting a ticket. (Well maybe Poland aint bad But the law is help up there 100%) Struthers makes there own laws. They create there own money. For being so Small of a town Lookem up online they have had such a bad rep and law suites and crooked cops its kinda SAD!!!!!!!!!
