Again, please do not insult my intelligence with some assumption that I did not understand you. I was pointing out your lack of sensitivity when it comes to the use of your racial undertone. Since you are obviously white, and have no idea why that statement may bother me, or other people of color, I will help you.
The word Nazi in this day and age points to neo-Nazism, which primarily points hatred to blacks, at least in America. It is an ongoing and very real situation, his racial hatred, that we deal with everyday - and I would NEVER expect you to understand that. Whether you call me a soup nazi, a grammar nazi, or a phone nazi, I do not in any way wish to have the word Nazi associated with me, told to me, or in reference to myself. It is used to be derogatory no matter the syntax.
Furthermore, unless we are reading different comments, I am clearly called "ghetto and uneducated" - a few posts later it is stated we are all POS (those who have done time).
I never stated YOU said anything janey and wish you to refrain from insulting me with comments like.... "Learn to use Google". I understood your use of grammar nazi, but still did not appreciate the reference being used toward me in any situation.

It would be absurd to think that one's own words against himself (in response to what other's have said) would constitute damages against oneself. Meaning, you can not sue me for words spoken about myself. Libel is direct slander. Even calling someone a "POS" under law is slander. Understandably people feel as if their self righteous comments allow them to name call and produce libel against another individual, because this article is about someone who has no recourse to the comments or the article itself. This individual is incarcerated.
I am a proud and productive member of Society. I pay taxes and enjoy the liberties this Country has to offer. I also enjoy the protections.
I do not threaten, I give notice.
Did you really call a Black Man a nazi? This is my point. So it is all right to just throw terms around and not think about their hurtful nature or their slanderous undertone? Let me answer that for you. NO. It is not all right, not morally and my favorite, not legally. The moment you decide to use a racial undertone (ghetto) or name call (POS) or any of the libelous terms or statements against people, yes - people who are not incarcerated, we have a right to injury just as if you punched me in the face. The difference is the jurisdiction of law, physical is criminal, libel is civil.
Anger is a two way street, I should feel enraged to be called a POS or to be called ghetto and uneducated. It is my recourse of action that dictates who I am as a man, I do not lower my standards to continue this charade, I end it.

Well, allowing the mice to play while the cat is away seemed appropriate. I had to reintroduce myself as the person I am, since in all accounts above, I am ghetto and uneducated.
I do not care whether chris ferrell is free or in prison, I don't much care about any of your opinions - but I have always been respectful and not once did I name call, or presume to have more or less intelligence than another human being. I am not self righteous and think for one moment I am better than anyone else.
I am about to have a little fun though. On Monday I am calling the newspaper to inform them of the libelous and slanderous comments towards myself from prayfor... and furthermore I am getting the companies legal department to file for records concerning the I.P. address of one prayfor. I am going to file suit for libel and slander and even at best you'll be paying for the court costs.
Because I am free. I am a good citizen of this Country. You can not slander me, or be libelous, or there are penalties under Ohio law.
And at this point, I really just want to expose you for the fraud you are. It really gets under my skin when someone assumes they are better than me.
And don't think my limited ghetto education may hinder my ability to properly illuminate my legal issues - I am much more intelligent than I ever allowed you to discern. That's right, read that in a book called Art of War while sitting in prison. And guess what I learnt then, all about suing people just like you for libel.
I love this Country.
And as an uneducated ghetto man (a slanderous statement about myself, a Black Man), I simply wish to point out a slight grammatical error in a post. there wives, should be written their wives.
I will not post again until I know the contact information for prayfor and at that time will disclose that information to prove the arbitrary misinformation given here, as well as give @fatherforgivethem a chance to also pursue civil charges for libel/slander.
And to all a good night.

do you know why they have 15, 20, 25, 30 to life sentences? do you know why they stopped death penalty for children? what research have yous done? any? or you just spit out words in hopes other mindless people start yelling with you?
I am out. I have done amazing things with my life, why? because the people who wrote the LAW knows, who were people much smarter than us, that people make mistakes.
oh... don't think i used the race card. true enough - your people hung lynched and raped my people - you think they sittin in prison? or was us poor black folk not worth the harsh punishment you speak of?.but that dont matter - as I said, it SAYS in the article YOU quoted - ferrell did not fire the fatal shot. so under you understanding he deserves a chance before me? right?
August 12, 2013 at 4:36 p.m.

wait a damn minute. i dont give a rats ass abour mr ferrell. never did time with him. but i was locked up years ago. so i am worthless? should be kept away from people?
you got a serious warped sense of reality. in ohio like 1 out of 10 has some type of conviction.
what you do in life but complain about stuff you have no idea. so i did time. so what. i work hard. have a family. most people would never know i had a number.
your blanket statements are just stupid. i was giving my two cents cause i know how the system does people - and when they work and do as mr ferrell has - he DESERVES another chance.
but you should really educate yourself on facts - ohio is full of excons. we a prison state. and you can believe i aint worthless. i would be willing to bet my resume makes you look .... as you called me, worthless.

you went to school with mr ferrell? i did not. and we aint related. however. i read fact. and i see you dont care about that.
in that report from the state on that site, it says he tried to go into pines hospital and was denied for some reason. mr ferrell didnt say it - it in the report.
i would hope i could get the strength i would need from my lord jesus christ to forgive such a young kid.
anyone go to school with mr. ferrell? did he really go to school and brag? i would like truth - i start to think you the prosecutor.
August 12, 2013 at 10:51 a.m.
if he would have been an adult. NO. but i have 15 yr old boy. he gets in little trouble - hard nowadays on kids. but what got me about mr. ferrell was he tried to go into hospital - meaning he didnt want that life. its in black and white on that site.
nothing can change what happened. that other boy executed lash - that elsmore kid.

i am tired of paying $35,000 a year for someone who should be given second chance.
let him come out here and start paying taxes. I read all that on the site and can't understand why he is still behind bars.
I'm signing too. I really think this article was out of line
