I am curious why every one is saying it's not the child's fault? Do you think because he's only 9 he doesn't know right from wrong? I'm sorry, but I repeatedly tell my boys "if it doesn't belong to you, don't touch it"! It's just something you teach your kids so are we to believe because the mom is a "single parent" the kid doesn't know right from wrong, so I'm guessing too now the 9 year old has some sort of "disability" since he can't learn anything obviously from his other siblings! Give me a break. Race, income level...none of that matters...it's about teaching your kids right from from wrong and discipline. Maybe and I'm not sure at what age this should get started since peole seem to be getting younger and younger when they have kids, but maybe there should be some type of IQ test men & women must pass before they are allowed to become parents! People are just ignorant!
