I agree with you jcap!! I live in PA and this guy has NOT been living in Poland OH, he's been living down the street from me in PA in a funeral home ( I assume he works/worked for) And for these people that are supposed to be supervising him and knowing where he is at all times, start doing your job!! He has lived in PA for the last yr, I saw him daily when he was out walking his dog every night!! He did move away recently, maybe because he got married, but theres alot of people in New Brighton PA that are NOT going to feel very safe until this guy is put away because if they didn't know he was living here to begin with, whats to say he doesnt come back.....how would any of them know where he is?? Authorities....go ask the good people on Penn Ave in New Brighton if they know this guy??!! I guarantee you will find what I say to be true!!!

I used to see him walking his dog every evening. I don't know what type of supervision he was supposed to be getting but obviously you can tell these people you live wherever you want AND THEY BELIEVE YOU!! This is some scary stuff, if the authorities would go into New Brighton and show his picture around the Cambell Funeral home area I guarantee they would find out everyone here knows him and how long he has been living here!! I am in total agreeance that this guy hould be wearing an ankle bracelet so they know where he is at all times. If the authorities don't know anything about him living in PA to begin with then whats going to stop him from coming back here to hide out or even to live again? I doubt anyone here knows anything about this creep, I had to travel to Youngstown for work and imagine my surprise when I read your local news and saw this information on a guy I saw walking by my house everyday!! How does the court system just take this guy at his word and believe him when he says he has never moved!! I for one will be sure everyone in my neighborhood knows to keep their eyes out for this guy cause since he has moved from here I have seen him back here a couple times, for what who knows!!
