A quote from a former post

"If the coach is so bad... document it...get a camera and record her actions and antics.... If she is so bad... she will cut loose on a student and player... as the saying goes... "a picture is worth a thousand words"

enough of the he said ... she said..."

In defense of teachers

You are correct in what you are saying. However, things have really changed. Many teachers today are not what teachers used to be. When salaries and benefits were low, the teachers were there because they wanted to be. Now that things (pay, benefits, etc.) have changed, many want in the profession. And many do not satisfy the needs of the students. And most of the blame is in the high school and most of the blame goes to the administration for not enforcing the teachers to perform adequately !!! And now that the teachers have a respectable income, they need to accept the fact that the country is in deplorable financial situation and that they also need a pay freeze.

In terms of finances, pay to play is a joke. How much money is that going to generate??? Why not take the Athletic Director off of an administrative salary and put him on a teacher's salary where he should be. Now that would generate far more money !!!

In defense of teachers

If you can't handle it, then maybe someone else can. Exactly what I am talking about. To be a truly good teacher it has to come from the heart. Not everyone is cut out to be a teacher. Many people would like to be doctors and lawyers, but we aren't all able to what we want to do.
