I own and operate a private security guard firm here in the area. I have offered to come to a block meeting through a resident there and give my suggestions. I was never contacted. I think that for a small fee per household we can put a roving patrol car equipped with a two way radio. The other radio would be with whoever was on the block watch for that time frame.
