I grew up in south florida/west palm beach.. and do consider that area to be quite a bit better than this area. I know there are slums and run down areas.. there are anywhere. Yes...the true residents of Florida do look down on those from New York and New Jersey...but.. thats due to those like the Century Villagers that are rude and demanding.. as well as theives... which is why restaurants and even 1 mall had signed in the windows even through the mid 90's saying " No Century Villagers Allowed". To me,.. the north sucks.. i hate the climate and a whole host of other things. And to those who say " Well.. go back!" Trust me.. the moving truck gets here on June 1... and with no regrets.. i'm outa here. By the way, Lifes2short.. My home area is in Palm Beach Gardens.. no slums there! I also have no salary issues.. I will be at a higher rate of pay when I take over the Palm Beach County office. If Florida, in your opinion, is so bad.. go back to New York!

What idiots! They have an employee with the companies best interest at heart and they fire him? If I was a Home Depot employee .. I'd now have as much consideration for the company as they had for Mr Torres. From now on.. its LOWES all the way for me! I hope someone gives this man a job.. he deserves to be treated fairly.
Hopefully Stan dropped off of the face of the earth.. otherwise he would be complaining that this curfew is in violation of kids rights while they are out exploring their surroundings.
Anyway.. I say this curfew is bull ! I agree with the idea,..but...you know as well as I do that neither kids or parents will take this seriously. The same thug wannbes will be on the street night after night. The only change will be that they will get better at hiding from the police. Instead of a fine.. lock them up for 14 - 30 days for the 1st offense and longer terms for each subsequent offense. Dont give me crap about jail over crowding...stack the morons 3 high if u have to. Then send them out daily to clean up the streets and interstates with armed guards with them. It works in Florida...they brought back the chain gangs shortly before I was transfered to this place. You will end up making your point!
