Why would you post this one sentence story and forget to add the picture? Are we slacking a little on a Sunday?

Hahhaha. The only thing that Cedar Point added this year was some lights and some signs.
That's a sure way to draw people.
I will be sticking to Waldameer, Kennywood and Holiday World.

Apparently, no one is allowed to have conflicting opinions on here. Blow off your own smoke elsewhere. If you don't like the president, you have two choices.
1. Deal with it, live with it. Get yourself a job and stop b**ching on the internet.
2. Get out of the country and move elsewhere where you can spew your miserable garbage. No one wants to hear it. Trust me.

Wow some of you people are out right nuts.
I think Obama has done more in 100 days then Bush did in 8 years. We have all this debt thanks to Bush and his holy war that we have to fight for him. We should have never been over there in the first place. Let them deal with their crap on their own.
These men and women should be at home helping people of the floods, earthquakes and god forbid NEW ORLEANS where people still have no homes to live in...and all you people give a crap about is some extra money? If all of you have jobs, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you don't, I am sorry that you have to be without right now, things will get better, it just takes some time, more then we would like, but things can't be done instantly. Those of you who are in need right now, you are in my prayers and thoughts daily.
Some of you make me sick. Seriously.

Oh yeah...apparently we can't read this article:
Apparently if no one gave a damn about Idora...then why was the line out the door for over an HOUR to get in and just peek at the memorabilia from the park? I was there helping out on Saturday and you are telling me this area couldn't make a park work? Apparently this author doesn't know what business is. Someone would have come in eventually and bought it up and ran the park by putting some money into it.
Apparently, this author of the article just thinks that the family sized park can't survive in this era. WRONG!!
Maybe he should travel around the midwest and see how many family owned parks are actually making it? Ever heard of Waldameer or Holiday World? Both are shining examples of what family parks are all about. All having star attractions and loads of people that travel from all over the US to come and visit!!!

You know this article is crap. Seriously. Idora could have survived for sale or not. It took 119 years for Geauga Lake to be sold off by a greedy CEO who didn't want competition with Cedar Point.
Idora would have survived just like Kennywood and Conneaut Lake Park has. It will survive in everyone's memories no matter how much you bury it or leave the land sit empty.
We all know why it's empty land. The church that owns it can't even pay the taxes on the land let alone build on it. So, Idora could have been rebuilt, the church that owns it chooses to hold it ransom so people can't build on it.
