I hope this monster gets all 270 days of jail time since he has no regard for the law or the lives of the animals he was entrusted to care for. We need to pass stricter laws against animal cruelty and abuse. I don't care that he says the dogs belong to his wife, they need to be removed from the premises or he does. Unbelievable.
I knew it would only be a matter of time. Since the monster wasn't punished the first time, he felt free to do it again. Wasn't it enough that he starved several innocent animals the first time around and was required to pay NO RESTITUTION (oh yea, he was broke, right)... like any amount of $$ would bring back those poor animals that suffered under his (lack of) care. He took money to shelter and train those dogs and he LET THEM STARVE TO DEATH. Now he is at it again??? I certainly hope and pray that he is INCARCERATED this time and that people find out what kind of SLIME BALL this man really is. SHAME ON OHIO for letting this man get away with MURDER and for ensuring others animals are safe from him. This man was told to stay away from animals so to the person who says the place was clean... he was BREAKING THE LAW.
