UNBELIEVABLE-A second chance. No way. To show his lack of character,look at the comment in today's Vindy'..My kids have been teased at school". The ultimate in cowardness. He should have thought of his kids before he created the work environment that he did. He should have thought of his kids before he broke his wedding vows.
He states he wanted to give Gutierrez "a chance"--why not,it was taxpayer dollars,so who cares? If he cared so much about him,why didn't he hire him to work in his law firm when the "chance" would have been on his nickel. A second chance,NO.
Why do State dollars need to be used for sexual harassment training and policy development. If he stays(and I hope not),this needs to come directly from his salary,not mine.
Finally,the Vindy thinks he changed. What,in a couple weeks? Why,because he got caught? That type of behavior is in the blood. It doesn't get cured in a few weeks. The Editorial staff has been had,because the guy gave you an exclusive. You have sold out your readers. Shame on you too!

If he cared at all for the State and the MV,he would resign immediately.Once he resigns (or better yet impeached),he should do us a favor and go back to Cleveland-he doesn't deserve to live in this community anymore(and take the 2 sleeze balls with him). What an embarrassment!

Should Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann resign?
