Macejko said the case is worth taking time on.
“It’s still too early, so I don’t want to commit,” he said. “There’s definitely something there. ... The question is whether it rises to level of animal cruelty.”
Yes Mr. Macejko I agree the case is worth taking time on. I would say taking cats from a place where they were loved and cared for and throwing multiple cats into each carrier and throwing them in the back of a truck to take away and kill them definitely rises to the level of animal cruelty. Charges should be pressed against animal charity instead of trying to help them justify this.
It is wrong to think this story is just about the cats, you have a competing agency coming in removing and destroying all their competitors assets and walking away. There are complaints against many businesses. I work at a nursing home and when they are complaints the state comes in and INVESTIGATES. Most times complaints are found to be invalid. They certainly don't remove the residents and send them to a competing facility. What animal charity did was a deliberate attempt to put the cat ladies out of business and its wrong and needs to be investigated.
Of course people knew it would sell out quickly thats why they were there early to be in line, what we didn't expect was that the tickets would be sold out at ten when sales supposedly started.
we were in line at the ticketmaster at Giant Eagle in Boardman before tickets "went on sale" at 10 a.m. The first person in line was told that all the $50 tickets were sold out and no $100 seats together were available. Before they went on sale the woman in front of us in line told us the $50 seats were all gone, a friend of her sons had them for sale for $95...how is it that the scalpers were able to buy ALL the tickets before they went on sale???? Every scalper site on the internet as well as Ebay has tickets available at a premium price of course. This should be illegal, it is totally unfair to all those fans in line this morning.
