it's time for delusions of grandeur to stop. ysu is not a member of a power conference. the disparity between academc and athletic spending is absurd. let the "high rollers" who demanded tressel be hired because he's such a great fund raiser prove it. bertrams right, let them pay the coaches salary and benefits and use the money saved go where it should. to academic matters. or heck, just raise student tuition and make them ungrateful suckers pony up.

Wilson should have been indicted, sent to trial, and the facts would have come out. too many unanswered questions. the defense lawyer even said the way the prosecution handled this was extremely rare. they brought Wilson in to give his version, which is NEVER done, and he was not cross examined. a trial would have prevented all the violence and questions would have been answered.

NOBS, that depends on who you believe. in an extremely rare case the prosecution brought in the defendant to give his account, of which they had months to concoct. does that make sense? the man prosecuting him let him appear to tell his "story." here's a fact for you. "according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics u.s. attorneys prosecuted 162,000 federal cases in 2010, the most recent year for which we have data. grand jurors declined to return an indictment in 11 of them. grand juries indict in 99.9%of cases. they had months to cook this up. brown was a minor thief who decided to bull rush a cop? he was unarmed and preparing to start college. hopefully the justice department will pursue this further until justice is served. this cop is a liar and racist and should be put away.

the prosecutor failed to tell the grand jury that a law in Missouri in 1979 that said it was legal for a cop to shoot a fleeing suspect in the back was overturned by the u.s. supreme court in 1985. the prosecution disguised this "minor fact" from the grand jury and Wilson was guaranteed a walk away. get the facts people. brown was no saint but did not deserve to be shot like a rabid animal. Wilson should be behind bars. get the facts verb, while you're sitting around waiting for santa claus.

how the hell did this turn political? you teabaggers never stop. bill cosby is an American icon. he starred in "I spy" with Robert culp in the sixties, his comedy albums are legendary and everyone knows about "the cosby show." he was not in "the man from uncle." celebrities and elite athletes find themselves in similar situations fairly often.. and the women often accept a "settlement" to go away, which makes them whores. it seems money will buy almost everyone. if these allegations are true, it would be very sad. cosby is loved around the world.
