Typical Mahoning Valley...Maybe it's time for this area to start being pro-active in place of re-active. The valley will be receiving approx. 27 million dollars to go towards police, fire, schools, etc. This in turn will free up current tax dollars that could be used to start "creating" job opportunities and programs to build this community. This valley needs to learn how to pick themselves up instead of looking to everyone else to do it for them! Kudos to Ohio voters for voting in Issue 3!!
