I have been gone from the Youngstown area 30 years, but still remember the area fondly. I left when the Campbell Works portion of the Steel & Tube first closed as they were giving jobs to men with families before the were women with families. I had to move where there was work. I sincerely hope that the politics do not stand in the way of the Valley coming back to life.
I can remember listening to him every morning when I lived in and around Youngstown. I now live in Georgia. I have been here for 30 years, but keep an eye on my old stomping grounds. It's a shame that someone who has become an insitution to be put out to pasture for someone who is less experienced.
