This is pure nonsense and I am outraged at the APATHY and UTTER STUPIDITY of our legislators!!! Ohio is still stuck in the dark ages when it comes to companion animals! Everyone knows there is an undisputed link between animal abuse and abuse of humans! For THIS reason alone there should be felony laws for abusing an animal.... let alone the FACT that 7 dogs had an agonizingly slow death by starvation!!! William Batchelder...get off your duff and bring Nitro's Law to a vote!!!!!!
