Animal Charity’s two humane agents, Kyle Ziegler and Joe Borosky, illegally entered the property on Coitsville-Hubbard Road on Oct. 22, according to City Prosecutor Jay Macejko. And, as it turned out, Borosky was not appointed by the mayor to act as a humane agent in the city. As a result, the original 19 animal cruelty charges against the kennel operator were reduced to four.
If they would have followed the laws then Steve would be looking at more charges why don't you people talk bad about them?
Most of you people are a joke. You want to sit here and complain about ohio's animal laws, well why don't you do something about it help change the laws. As far as this case goes I beleive animal charity(or whoever investigated this) messed up. They are the ones who went onto his property without a warrant. If they would have followed all the laws then he most likely would be facing more punishment. Instead of insulting each other why doesn't everyone try to work together and change the laws. It seems everyone here does care about animals. I really don't think Steve should be hung, dragged, or beaten. He has rights too. From what I have have heard Steve never collected these dogs with the intent of abusing them. Vick did thats why he got what he did. You really can't compare the two.
Plea deal would bring 4 months in jail for animal cruelty
