Not so many years ago when either Yotown or Warren was in dire financial straits and city employees were taking pay cuts, one of the wingnut judges forced the city to give his court employees raises. Forcing Youngstown into bankruptcy to build a new courthouse would be a typical example of judicial excess, poor judgment and disconnect from reality.
The illogical, inconsistant, rambling rant of g2onice exemplifies much of what's terribly wrong with the Mahoning Valley and why it's continuing its slow death.
