Not all loose dogs are vicious. If someone raises that dog to be social, friendly, etc-- then it will be. What about the SIX WEEK OLD puppies? Were they running around ever so viciously? I doubt it.. Nitro's Law is needed in Ohio. People who torture and kill animals have been PROVEN to move onto children, women, and elderly!!

JUDGE DUGLAS SHOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING! HE *KNEW* THOSE TWO DOGS WERE CROLEYS BEFORE HE EVER MET HIS WIFE!!!! JUDGE DOUGLAS, YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS STATE.
I hope the Judge FINALLY steps up and does SOMETHING RIGHT! The fact that he got a slap on the wrist, then let go--back into the home WITH the dogs--while being in VIOLATION is just sickening! Also, the fact that the PROBATION OFFICER DID NOT EVEN CHECK ON HIM --OR CARE ABOUT INFORMATION GIVEN TO HER REGUARDING THIS CASE IS PREPOSTEROUS!
Giving him the 3 years without dogs was a TREAT! It's disgusting how he was NEVER ONCE checked on! He still had dogs from his previous home, that HE STARVED along with the other dogs. Now that he broke the law AGAIN, he should NEVER be allowed around dogs! Then again who would even check? Because the law enforcement there is CRAP!

It's very SAD that the judge, probation officer, even the reps/senators of Ohio DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS that WE PAY THEM TO DO! The judge should have taken the dogs out of them home before he was sent back, as it was a violation. Even if he is "Married" they become his animals, which means he has been OWNING THEM FOR THE LAST 2-3 YEARS! Why wasn't the probation terms being checked on? Why were there NO visits to this mans home? WHY did the judge release him, with YET ANOTHER slap on the wrist?... Way to go OHIO! We're now known for Puppymills, and dog abusers!
