73 CHARGES FOCUS ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE CONFLICTS

Yes, Oakhill was a bad purchase and it is a money pit. Garland Plaza was a saftey hazard, a money pit (if the county fixed stuff) and most likely a bad contract deal. Either one was lose, lose. I am curious as to why people don't question how it came to be that the Oakhill building was a bad purchase for the county before when Mr. Tablack was Auditor, which is an elected position, and then all these years later and more dilapidated then ever, it became a good purchase after Mr. Tablack returned from his retirement & so called short career in Florida to hold a non elected position of authority, which, behind closed doors of course, rules the commissioners . Things are not always as they seem people of Mahoning County. Two of those commissioners were all for Mr. Tablack’s return and probably wouldn’t go to the bathroom without his consent. He is practically able to give himself a raise and perks anytime he wants on his six figure salary. And isn’t it funny how the finger pointing and name calling all started up again when his idea was openly opposed. Maybe everyone is looking into the wrong closets and under the wrong rugs.
