That's such bs, as someone who used to work there, as part of your orientation they tell you before you even start that you shouldn't stand on the side of the racks in the event that they do happen to fall off the tracks. I personally don't think this is managements fault at all just for the simple fact that you're working in a factory, they shouldn't have to hold your hand and babysit you while they have other tasks to complete. Yeah my sympathy goes out to the injured persons families but don't pin something like that on management when you were told from the get go.
