Not everyone got the same treatment as everyone else. My kids didnt get any hats, gloves or outfit. My kids also recieved only one toy each, I stood in line for 3 hours for those things, while I see people who went early in the dayu and recieved much more. Now my appointment was at 6:00pm and didnt get in the building until 8:45pm and there wasnt really nothing left, so do you think thats fair.
