I agree. First street is not that close to the high school. However.....First St and Wilson Ave is where the TRAFFIC STOP took place AFTER the crime. Good job to CPD for identifying and arresting the suspect before he actually caused harm. And yes $1200 is too low of a bond.
I hope these Campbell parents do their part. Sgt Taybus, Officer Mays Officer Bloomer Officer Rauzan and Officer Rusnak and other Campbell cops have really tried to help the kids in the city. Hopefully parents will work with the cops to fix the issues.
Mr Nemenz has a good thing going. I encourage all valley residents to shop at his stores. He truly cares about the "normal" person and not the wealthy customer. Go Henry
It looks like those arrested were charged with 3 crimes 1. Disorderly Conduct 2. Resisting Arrest and 3. Assault. ACCORDING TO OHIO LAW:

(2) Making unreasonable noise or an offensively coarse utterance, gesture, or display or communicating unwarranted and grossly abusive language to any person;
(3) Insulting, taunting, or challenging another, under circumstances in which that conduct is likely to provoke a violent response;
(4) (does not apply)
(5) Creating a condition that is physically offensive to persons or that presents a risk of physical harm to persons or property, by ANY act that serves no lawful and reasonable purpose of the offender.
Ohio Revised Code 2921.33 Resisting arrest. (A) No person, recklessly or by force, shall resist or interfere with a lawful arrest of the person OR ANOTHER.
