Why no response to my questions in the thread? You tried to use a legal definition in your first post. No, being on someone's property at 1AM does not automatically constitute Aggravated Trespass. You're neither in law enforcement nor a lawyer, so just try to stick to the business of accurately reporting the news.

How about "actual malice"? I bet you have a proper definition of that term in your office. Why don't you and The Vindy lead by example and acknowledge that a mistake was made and retract the completely false statement about the juveniles being charged?
