regarding the pencil incident on playground, you should know the facts, this was an accident with children playing on playground, it was not an attack. the boy feels truely sorry that the litle girl got a scratch, he is a good boy and not violent in any way, they were simply kids playing around chasing one another and an accident happened. It is a shame kids can't play anymore without something being blown out of proportion as this. He is not a mean child and would not hurt anyone.
