first off, who is saying Tom pushed this guy? I know Tom personally and he NEVER pushed the kid. Crayton just decided to start punching Tom after Tom bent over to look to see if there was any damage to the cars. Four years is NOT enough time for this crime. Tom will still be suffering after this criminal gets out of jail.
