This all started when the ability to have paryer in school was taken out. Some peolple want there children to learn about God. Public schools cannot provide this function by law. Therefore those who choose to want to have a say in how where their tax dollars are spent.
Either you can or you can't account for the money. When I see things like "Might be entitled to" it makes me question why can't you state for a fact. This organization appears to be very difunctional. If the money cannot be accounted for where is it? How can one not state that it was not miss spent?
