If he truly does not care about what happened to the dogs in this case, he is supposed to protect people from grievous harm to "property" and fraud, both of which occurred. Ohio lawmakers - they are definitely a bunch of wusses passing for professionals. Professional wusses who are afraid of someone suggesting that they have moral decency. Are these elected officials? They have no moral compass, they are supposed to have responsibility for maintaining the public peace, not furthering outlaws who commit violent crimes then give everyone the finger.
