This so hard to read. Exacty right and now all of a sudden Rogers is a saint now ? Plea bargain all the way first one who talks is the one who walks. The shooters all 3 deserve NOTHING, and we are paying for them because they are INDIGENT. So they have the privledge of receiving an attorney for twenty five dollars [indigent fee] They dont deserve that, and who pays the rest of these fees ? Jamail's life was worth much more than that. Where is the justice in all of this ?
Rogers was let go 5000.00 bond 10% so it it took him 500.00 to get back out in the street. what a joke he spent a week after the murder of Jamail Johnson who did not deserve it. Gains needs to ask himself what if that was his son or relative ? I bet it would be a diffrent story then. Youngstown needs to get him out of that office. I'm to the point I cant stand to even hear the mentioning of his name. He disgusts me. I pray that there is away for Jamail's mother and family to bring this back legally. There has to be a loop whole through this crooked system in Younsgtown. I cant beleive Gains has the nerve to even show his face and utter his mouth in allowing these charges to be dropped.
@ union forever I am Jamail's cousin and I have not come to argue with you about your opinion, nor to put you down for it, however I just want to share something with you to think on [please?] Now at YSU they have a program called early college where young students through the board of education are enrolled into college earning their credits and going to college at this time, and they are given college id's [these ids are not marked for underaged] maybe YSU and the Board Of Education need to come up with a plan to have these id's marked. None of us are perfect WE ALL have fallen short at the cross. Please everyone remember that Jamail was about peace [he was a peacemaker that is why he died.] We all need to try to follow Jesus's character at our best as we can and when we mess up to get up and grow from it and continuue to learn from our mistakes. I mean try putting yourself in the nurses, doctors, and medical staff positions that has to provide care for people like this, and not to mention the crowds that they attract. You have "his boys" and his babies mothers (meaning mulitple more than one usually about 3 or more)I mean these girls go into the hospital one coming, oneleaving, and then afte the secoond one has left then here comes another. These girls are young in the mind, and you can see that they are clueless, and then some of these girls are at least 21 yrs & over you think they would have some sense, and start to realize with all the killings of the stories in Youngstown, and not to mention that alot of times the innocent children that they have end up dead or hurt. Thats who i feel sorry for. I mean come on ... GET A LIFE, AND GAIN SOME SENSE WHILE YOUR AT IT
