Not sure how I feel about this. I am a former resident of Youngstown and it's hard for me to see any real progress. Granted, I now have an outsider's view. Crime has gone down, which is good, but where are the jobs? It's not Jay Willians' fault, however, the national economy is still struggling. Good luck to him though.
