WHY ?????? there was enough evidence to put them all away for a long time. this is pathetic but then again it is mahoning county politics at work as usual. maybe some of these prosecutors should go back and read the laws and what the appropriate punishment is for such a crime and then tell the judge so he could get it right too. things will never change in mahoning county.

It is a sad day for the music industry to have lost such a talented and dedicated person such as Mr. Jones. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and associates during this sorrowful time. The Edsels were and are an awesome group, I follow them when they are in this area. I know other members of the group personally and would watch the early members of the Edsels sing outside of my grandparents' home on the street corner on 10th Street in Campbell. May his memory be eternal.
the supreme court is in some ones pocket. too bad they can't see that what they did will have a grave effect on our county and our safety. they don't have to live here so they don't give a damn about us. but then neither does our "sheriff" if he cared about this county he would have stayed home and collected his pension and allowed a younger person, who has all of his mental capabilites in tact to protect us. oh well, anyone willing to run for sheriff?
it's politics as usual in mahoning county, so get used to ANOTHER 4 years of being UNSAFE on the streets and in your own homes, just wait till he lets more CRIMINALS out of jail, god help us all. and by the way, next time u see our so called "sheriff" at the southern park mall on a weekday, during the hours he should be at his office, protecting our county, and instead he is doing his daily walking excercise, ask him who is paying him his salary to walk around the mall, or if u see him in the food court with his baseball cap covering his eyes and his head bowed forward, he is sleeping,(on county time) make sure u don't scare him, ummm i think it's us, the taxpayers. don't u think we should have a say as to how our tax dollars r spent? there should be an age limit for this job, after a certain age u can't run for office again just like they do for the judges. and oh yeah if u see an old guy lost on the road trying to get home, it just might be our "sheriff" (it's happened already)
