As a society of supposedly 'evolved' human beings, how much longer are we going to tolerate this type of cruelty to God's creatures? Anyone who harms, starves, or abuses ANY animal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Have we learned anything from the Vicks incident? If he had no money to feed these animals why did he take them on and what did he do with the money the owners gave him to board them pets? If this jerk gets off with anything less than a prison sentence, the residents of every surrounding community need to rise up and demand justice!!!!!
