I lived in Chicago for 7 years...I prefer Elmton pizza! Jack is a serious sort of guy. His staff is happy to be there & he talks to us everytime we visit. Must be taking care of his folks as well as the business.
From one "Liz" to another, thank you. I get the same reaction when telling people that, in August, I moved back to the Youngstown area after living in Chicagoland for 6 1/2 years. We actually lived in a very nice formerly rural suburb and loved it. But, it wasn't home and I racked up 104,000 miles on my car in the past 4 years visiting family and friends. I couldn't get them all to move! Fortunately, we kept our home here and have a much lower payment and taxes. We purchased a franchise business with my severence from corporate downsizing and are opening our first location next month. Positive local attitude is all that's lacking in such a beautiful, convenient place to live! Y'towners stand up and show your pride. Welcome to the new folks! Bring your friends and family!
The Elmton restaurant in Struthers sticks to 65-year recipe for success

There’s reason we’re here; think about it
