Youngstown is a carnival. These thugs are just like cancer--slowly spreading out into the burbs and trashing once nice neighborhoods. Some parts of Boardman are starting to look like the South Side of Youngstown. Gotta get rid of the cancer or it will keep spreading.

I ageree with SKY KING. Put up a barricade to keep the thugs North of the boarder--like they do in ARIZONA (only south of the boarder). We don't need that kind of thing in Boardman.
