Jason Getsy faces Tuesday execution; Gov. Strickland denies clemency

The Christian case against the death penalty is that the person would be denied a chance to repent and gain the kingdom of heaven. If Mr. Getsy has had a true Christian conversion with Baptism and has repented with true remorse he will have a place in heaven. We should not enjoy his death or wish him to burn in hell. That said he still has to pay for his crime.

‘Welcome home Jimbo’ countdown

Jimbo was never my congressman but I admired him because he was the mouth of the people and not the mouth of his party. I believe he was railroaded by the democratic party while people like Sen. Dodd and others get sweetheart deals and represent the party and special interest and screw the people! I hope Jimbo can still stand up for the people in some way!
