75k, 750k, the $$$ keep dwindling down. The judge and board are both a disgrace and need to be thrown to the dogs.. All of the employee consessions down the tubes. What a shame.
The previous CEO and Unions had a plan that was working. Forum employees were all working toward that goal and no one was laid off. Judge Woods needs to throw the Board out along with the Creditors, Lenders and their consultants. Then maybe Forum and the valley can survive this nonsense.
Northside needs to remain open to offer healthcare choices in this community. If you recall, as of Sept 15, Northside was at a breakeven point and on its way to standing on its own once again. The excellent staff (and you Kathlene are one of them) along with the then CEO worked tirelessly to accomplish this task. The layoffs are a result of the creditors and lenders greed. Maybe Judge Woods will see the injustice done here and make it right.
Northside needs to remain open giving the community healthcare choices in this valley. If you recall, as of Sept 15th this facility was finally operating at a break even point and capable of standing on its own. This was due to the fine work of the skilled staff under the leadership of Mr. Pishkur. These individuals worked tirelessly to make that happen. They deserve to continue their progress to victory and we deserve their award winning patient care. Its a win win for our valley. Hats off to all of you at Northside.
As an employee of Forum I also went along with the consessions and was positive with what we thought we could accomplish. Our union leadership and Buzz worked hard to get us back in the mainstream and back to a profitable business. The doctors were happy, the community leaders (mayors, business owners, politicians) were happy and employees all took a great interest in our commitment to the valley to be competitive and remain in business. Why did the court system fail us by permitting the Lenders to take over the day to day operations of our hospitals costing us tons of $$$? For the first time in history we were all united and working together.
Forum gets green light to hire new CEO
George you are right on. This decision to drain Forums $$$ is a disgrace. Is there anyway to oust a judge and board members?
