i guess that other incidents can go under the rug if you are top dog. all's fair in politics isn't it? just a little food for thought! what about qualified people that have put in years of free time as in no pay only to be told next time we hire you will be first. guess that doesn't work either! what about members that have training above those brought out yet can't seem to find favor to get hired because of another commitment. enough is enough time for a change!!!!
