Jury finds Dellick not guilty

The reality of the situation is that this happens every day across America. You can't say it happens to rich kids only. I've seen more kids from bad inner city homes act this way than kids in the burbs. This only goes to prove that mental instability is everywhere. It knows no boundaries. We need an overhaul in the mental health system. Too many pills are pased out to mask the problem. Intense therapy is a good start. Bring back state run hospitals. Again, this is the only way we can keep society safe.

Dellick trial begins in municipal court

If this kid doesn't get help he will eventually snap and kill someone. He needs mental health care desperately. We need to bring back hospitals like Woodside. I worked in mental health for many years. This kid is a ticking time bomb. Judge Dellick needs to take her son somewhere that has inpatient. That coupled with meds can save his life and the life of an innocent person.

Mooney speech team hits 50th milestone

Denny Barret was a great man. We were lucky to have had him as a teacher, coach and friend. God bless all the coaches who continuously strive for perfection. Great job!

Firefighter arrested after child found in traffic in Canfield Twp.

The POS needs to go to jail for a long time and end his time with his child until he gets some serious help. The sad part is that there are many more out there like him who get away with bad behavior. It's not just men either. What I've seen out there would make people cringe. Poor kid. Thank God he wasn't killed.

Birth mom of slain girl hospitalized for likely drug OD

The bottom line is that some POS murdered this girl in cold blood. He is worse than an animal. He smirked while in court. No feelings of remorse whatsoever. I bet he came from a home where love was never displayed. He is just the tip of an inner city neighborhood where women have chilren and society is left to raise them. They either end up dead or in prison. Most become addicts. The problem is only getting worse. I believe everyone on welfare should be drug tested. This is only fair to those of us who have to pay into it. After all the 4th of July festivities are over we can now get back to common sense and try to fix the problem. Those of us who don't take drugs or commit crimes need to be free from those that do. Try this idiot who killed this girl and then if convicted put him on death row. And not for 30 years. Waste of tax dollars, He'll have it better in prison that what he had at home.

School reopening brings high cost

Whatever happened to starting school in kindergarten and just working your way up to 12th grade - the old fashioned way. Why are short cuts and detours made for inner city kids? I just heard today that most inner city kids entering first grade don't even know what a pencil or piece of paper is! Their moms can afford fake nails, tattoos and expensive cell phones but can't buy their kids pen and paper? Speaks volumes for their parenting skills. I guess mom is too busy with her latest boy toy to ever teach her kid how to read and write. It's just learned helplessness . And laziness.

Judge Evans: 'Everybody knew' he was retiring

Judge Evans is one of the most respectable people I know. He couldn't be bought or traded. He has always been honest and dignified in all that he has done. He didn't fit in with Mahoning County politics. Good luck in the future Jim. You deserve your rest. Thanks for being such an upstanding person.

Sorry to request a postponement but I'm busy representing a man who murdered an innocent elderly person. It never ends in this valley. Same song different verse.
