After college my husband went on to a 35 year career in law enforcement. He was awarded the highest honors a police officer can get throughout his career. The governor even gave him an award for commendable work he did in solving three high profile murder cases. He was the best husband and father any woman could ever ask for. I was honored to be his wife. Now climb under that rock of yours like the crybaby you are and leave my family out of this from now on. You're disgusting.

My husband played football for eight years. He did double sessions in 90 degree heat. He was mentallly, physically and verbally abused by one of most respected and awarded football coaches to ever come out of Ohio. His coach played for Notre Dame and still is one of the most respected men to come out of this area. If his coaches wanted to groom marshmallows they would have taught knitting. Now go back to WATCHING sports and stop criticizing people actually participate.

What sport did YOU play Pooks??? I'm sure you were the most athletic kid in school. Sounds like some jealousy going on here . Now go back to playing your piccolo and leave the big boys to do the heavy work.

I just don't buy the entire story. If I was that man's family I'd be getting an atty. What are they trying to cover up?

You can't tell me that out of all the people who knew this man was suicidal not one conveyed it to the sheriff's dept. Someone who is suicidal leaves a paper trail in hospital reports. At the least a verbal report would have been given to deputies. The jail nurse is the fall guy this time. Man up guys and take responsibility.

Keep these low low lives on house arrest. Why can't they be thrown in jail like anyone else?? This guy is a dirt bag. I'd put him in the general population and make him a cell mate of Robert Seamens. He can be Seamens lunch!

Congratulations to all the new officers. If Joe Wess is anything like his dad he will serve the city well. His dad was awesome . His ability to get along with the public was unbelievable. Unlike many police officers now Joe knew how to deescalate a situation just by calmly talking to people. Then he'd crack a joke and left everyone laughing. Keep safe guys.

That's the new defense- meds. Criminals are either off them or they contributed to bad behavior. She needs some serious time in prison for what she did. Now what was her excuse for the alcohol? I'm sure someone held her down and forced her to drink it.

Wow- I'm prejudiced AND stupid! Boo hoo. Stop hurting my feelings. Belinky is a dirtbag AND a Phil Spector look a like. Sorry Pooks. We just have to agree to disagree. BTW- I loved Mother Theresa. I bet if she were here she wouldn't be a democrat.
