Then why is the poverty rate still so high? What's happening to the people who are falling between the cracks? The incubator is great for those people who are able to go to college and move on. Where are the jobs for the rest of the people? The once beautiful downtown has been swallowed up by people who are able to benefit by it. Great. Many others just see it as a concrete jungle. It no longer is a "downtown." It's a stepping off place for just a small amt. of people who want to eventually leave.

I agree. In a few years all of downtown will be operated by a select few. These people will then move away and never look back. Not good for the community .

Are those people paid/hired to go on that show? If they're legit it's pretty scary . This time the child was the victim . So sad.

It goes both ways. With what some police officers are getting away with the public needs protected too.

And the mother never even suspected her daughter was being raped for years? There's more to this story. I hope everything is pieced together and the slime ball goes to the public square.

You're right! Two parent households who are mentally stable and financially capable to raise a child are the ideal but sadly in the minority. Women think nothing of having sex with multiple partners and eventually end up going on Medicaid . It WILL get worse. As long as society stays silent and we remain politically correct the problem will continue to exist. Cut off the Medicaid and make them work for a living. Deadbeat dads need to man up or go to jail . Disgusting .
