So glad I moved out of the area 6 years ago. My Mother sent me an email telling me about this acticle,,youngstown people will never get it. Sad to say the people really hard hit are the elderly, the increase has sent prices up (business has no choice) fixed income people will suffer the most. Its not the 30 cents,,min was 5.35 just a couple years ago now 7.70? wanna make better money,,,go get an education!
