This site also has ways to help this case. I disagree with you that Steven Croley was 'too proud' to ask for help as I believe he to be a heartless individual. Any decent human being would have done everything in their power to not let these animals starve. In his case, all he had to do was make a few phone calls to the owners that trusted in him to care for their pets.

This benefit cost you are referring to... are you sure that is just the employee coverage? My guess is that is also building insurance, liability coverage, etc... If you are mad, you should be mad at those who file frivolous lawsuits which raise benefits. Police/Fire need higher coverage in the event the dept. is sued from the residents. There is no better cause to vote for than Safety Forces. When your Safety Force ratings are high, businesses come to town, crime is lessened, etc... If you start chopping cops and firemen, that is the beginning of the end for and township or city.
