It is terrible but true a lot of things being said here. As a culture we need to wake up and see what's really going on. We've forgotten how and why others before us fought for us to have the things that we have now. Censoredship When I read your post I cried because it is so true what you said. I am a single mother that was born into a bad situation. My mother was abused by her mother and father, she grew up in foster care, my father was her foster father. She was in and out of prison for most of her life on drugs. She had 6 children, all by different men. None of us know our fathers. We all were in foster care. Some of us abused by the foster parents some by our own family. So I grew up met a loser married him. Divorced him. Trying to put the pieces of my life together. Struggling to take care of my son ALONE. I do want you to understand that there a a few of us that want better for ourselves and are doing better for ourselves. And about the child support issue. I struggle to care for my son. I have a support order for my ex husband to pay child support. I don't enforce it because it is not worth it. I don't want my ex within two feet of my son. I don't want my son having that kind of example and repeat what you read above. It's hard right now but in time it will get better.
