Technically there is no such law federal state or local level that requires you to pull over or stop for an emergency vehicle so this is Canfield trying to throw around some of its weight. The only law that requires you to stop is for school buses so this will be a waste of tax payer monies as the charge would refer to this person refusing to pull over while trying to be stopped for a traffic related offense such as speeding no license plate tail light or plate light out ect. Police officers and dept feel they have to much power obviously.
Another one for all you Assault Rifle are the problem people...You do know they are Semi-auto meaning you have to pull the trigger for each round rite??? Reloading a firearm takes 5-7 seconds with a revolver no speed loader so do the math.
For all you people out there without the first hand experiance with the criminal population and the criminally insane let me fill you in.( 6 year state corrections) taking away peoples rights is not the answer. This action only limits those who obey laws not those who dont in the first place. Just an FYI for all you who dont think completely. Another is if even one citizen legally trained armed and properly educated with a firearm was in any of these places from Columbine on to this most recent in PA at least one person may have been saved. If we all were properly trained with a firearm and carried then how many idiots would walk in rob a store, try to shoot up a school, etc? Even if they did you would not have to wait 10-15 min minimum response time in most communities for help. Open your eyes even without guns in England still 35 deaths gun related year and 353 in knife deaths with less population. Why are people so dumb and ignorant to the real world? This is not the 1900's anymore i mean people strap bombs to themselves. You cant stop the evil in peoples hearts by taking away the right to defend ones self and family.
