Mr. Booker thank you for your fight for equality and equal rights. Yes the fight goes on and takes on different forms.Mr Nathaniel Jones thank you for your work. As a youngster my mother and father spoke of you. I am proud to be from Youngstown. There are many who don't understand and will never understand but the fight and journey continues. You both have made a difference. Thank you

That is an excellent point. Where have the players from the area gone after leaving YSU? The talent level in the midwest has been down the last few years. Gotta leave the area to recruit. I guess the question is who should they have recruited? I'm all ears.

It's football. You are paid to play until the clock reads zero. If you are worried about getting hurt playing FOOTBALL, then golf.

Wow Brandon. Speeding, driving on a suspended and carrying about 2 lbs of weed. If you're breaking the law the worse thing that you can do is bring attention to yourself.

Crime is everywhere. It's the result of jobs, schools, the breakdown of the community, families. It's 35 years in the making. Sometimes I wonder if Youngstown is a case study for what happens when a city is destroyed by the variables that beset its residents. We now are in Toronto and my wife doesn't sit her purse down anytime. You don't tempt people regardless of who they are or where they are from. The dread statement isn't racist, coming from a black man. It's a description. When they don't mention any characteristics it's usually a white suspect. But it’s rare that they say, the suspect is a white male. Or maybe I don’t hear it. We as African Americans are very sensitive to people putting the blame on an entire race because of the actions of a few. But again Youngstown is unlike no other and the division of people. I remember my father listening to the radio and listening to the talk shows to get a feel of how the callers thought. Incidents were always divided by racial lines.
