We don't have to hunt for food anymore. Why couldn't the geese have been relocated? As far as the feeding goes, I agree, they shouldn't be fed but it seems today people are just ignorant and don't read signs or if they do they just don't care to follow directions.

“Don’t get distracted by the name,” Are you serious? If there was an event named "Caucasian Male Wellness 5K Walk/Run" there'd be so many complaints of racism that the event would be forced to change name or cancel. I guess racism is tolerated if it's against non-whites.

Even if he is sentenced to death the odds are against it happening. Look at Danny Lee Hill. He brutally molested and killed someone and he is still alive 29 years later and still appealing his sentence. Our criminal justice system sucks.

This is going on here in Youngstown also. I work at a local dollar store and have witnessed this. I contacted Mahoning County JFS and nobody seemed to care in fact seemed annoyed that I called

I disagree westsiderscare. Mother needs some parenting skills and the neighbor needs to stay the hell away from fireworks. Fireworks are dangerous and not to be in the hands of idiots and IMO a four month old infant should have been indoors. We can't choose our parents and I pray for that baby.

Ok, so the mother allegedly has issues. Focusing on these alleged acts is just callous. Being brought up in less than favorable circumstances does not justify murdering someone in cold blood. That 16 year old girl died a horrific death and that should not be forgotten. The person responsible should be tortured until dead, starting with a dose of hydrochloric acid to remove that smirk from his face.

Rough justice......the most effective!

Since the geese were rounded up why couldn't they have been relocated instead of slaughtered.? Perhaps this practice should be used on the scum that inhabits this city instead of creatures whose only fault was to choose to locate here.

How ironic? I work at a local dollar store and have witnessed people using the EBT card to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of pop when it goes on sale. I'm sure this pop is being resold in some corner store. I tried turning the individuals in to JFS and they didn't even want to talk to me. Until this mindset is dealt with the problem will never go away.

Ok, this is not technically a theft. While it is dishonest, not returning something lost or left behind in a public place is not a crime. Perhaps the woman who left the purse should pay more attention to what she is doing instead of gabbing on the phone.
