Not only did this guy get off light in regards to his crime, now he's flagrantly disobeying the terms of his probation. A slap on the wrist is not enough to make him and others like him stand up and take notice of the paltry laws we have in place to protect animals. Ohio needs stricter punishments for animal abusers. I am deeply disturbed and appalled by the lack of reception Nitro's Law HB108 has received by our elected officials. It is time for Ohio to step it up and show the rest of the country that we will not stand for this type of behavior! Please support Nitro's Law HB108 by letting your legislators know how you feel! We have to rally for change ourselves and show the law makers of Ohio that we stand together in support of tougher punishments for abusers!
