I think the whole idea is ridiculous. High School and Middle School is the only time in your life you can be yourself before you must conform to what society thinks is acceptable. I feel that you are punishing all of the children because other parents around the world lose control or do not care about their teens. What you should do is send every parent in the district to a mandatory parenting class while they are in grade school. These teens go crazy and kill people, so all teens should be restricted from wearing camo, black or die their hair. I grew up in the 80's and we had different color hair all the time and most of us turned out just fine. I also do not remember anyone wearing our "punk" clothing killing or hurting other children due to their clothing choices. This is absolutely absurd.
